WE HELP MAIN STREET FAMILIES INVEST FOR THE FUTURE.

PFS has been helping Main Street families invest for the future since 1977. While many financial professionals aren’t interested in working with the middle class, Dallas and his team at Dallas Gooden & Associates are committed to helping Main Street families save and invest for their short-term and long-term goals.

Investing in mutual funds is one of the best ways to save for the long term. Mutual funds are a great way to "become an owner, not a loaner." They offer average families access to an investment vehicle that can minimize risk through professional management and diversification*.

Investing in mutual funds entails certain risks. But Dallas Gooden and his team can help you understand those risks and find mutual funds that match your investment goals and risk tolerance.

Please read each fund's prospectus carefully before investing.

*Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss.

Managed accounts are accessed through investment platforms. An active management platform typically offers securities selected by investment professionals.

As part of the Lifetime Investment Platform, you will have an ongoing relationship with your advisor and you will receive professional money manager services, as well as consolidated reporting.

A variety of asset allocation strategies are available through the Lifetime Investment Platform investment model. In your investing lifecycle, Dallas Gooden and his team will assist you in selecting the asset manager and model that will help you meet your asset allocation and financial goals. Mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), or a combination of both are used to construct the investment models.

Working with Dallas, you will be able to determine which investment models are most aligned with your personal objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. You can adjust your investment plan and model selection as your circumstances change.

There are three types of annuities offered by PFS Investments: variable annuities, fixed annuities, and fixed indexed annuities:

  1. A variable annuity is a long-term contract between an individual and an insurance company. In addition to containing insurance and investing features, variable annuities are specifically designed for retirement.
  2. A fixed annuity is a long-term contract between an individual and an insurance company. Companies that issue fixed annuities guarantee a certain rate of return.
  3. A fixed indexed annuity is a long-term contract between an individual and an insurance company. Fixed indexed annuities provide a higher return than fixed annuities, but they are not guaranteed.

PFS Investments' Annuity Providers include:

  1. Lincoln Financial Group
  2. Brighthouse Financial
  3. Equitable
  4. AIG

Investments in annuities are not insured by the FDIC or guaranteed by banks and may lose value over time. Guarantees provided by fixed annuities are based on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Variable annuities are sold through PFS Investments Inc. and are subject to market risk, including the possibility of losing principal.

Variable annuities can only be purchased through a prospectus.

All investments are subject to risk, including the loss of principal. Any investment carries risks, and there is no assurance that a money manager, mutual fund, asset class, style, or index will provide positive returns over time.

Before investing in any mutual fund, investors should carefully examine its investment objectives, risks, charges, fees, and expenses. This and other important information can be found in the prospectus and/or summary prospectus of a fund, which may be obtained by calling the fund or by visiting the fund's website. Please read each fund's prospectus carefully before investing.
